Crucifixion (Union Square, NYC)

Title
Crucifixion (Union Square, NYC)
Description
The simple, but dramatic effect of black and white photography works well with live art. This image posted by Renata Ginzburg in 2011 has been viewed over 3,000 times on Flickr.com. The “shock value” of a crucifixion on the streets of New York City is clearly reflected in the facial expression of the man in the plaid shirt. It does raise the question, should this type of visual culture be considered creative, or is it disrespectful?
