Part of Metamorphic Rock: CR-LC-2016
- Description
- Hand sample of CR-LC-2016 taken in Van Wickle 015. Note the band of coarse-grained crystals near the top of the rock. Hand sample is heavily weathered, but some minerals can be identified, like hornblende and quartz. Compositional banding can be seen.
