Description: Beginning about 1915, 'No longer were the degrees of Civil Engineer, Electrical Engineer, etc., given at the end of four years of study in the college course but the degrees of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, in Electrical Engineering, etc., were awarded at graduation.
