RR-6: Diabase

Title: RR-6: Diabase
Description: Dark gray diabase has many fine-grained cumulus augite cystals with interstitial plagioclase feldspar inbetween the crystals. There are also some accessory minerals, possibly biotite. This rock was found in the sill at Ringing Rocks at the contact with the metamorphic rocks (40.56200 N, 75.12608 W).
